Last Noveber 7, our General Manager Mr. Mark Anthony Lord together with the Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Romy Maruquez woke up early in the morning to buy fresh seafoods in the Batangas City market. They were also accmpanied by the Head Chef, Chef Roberto Porcel and one of our Marketing Staff Mr. Arnel Nubog. They went together just to buy the freshest fishes in the market After buying the goods, they went back to the resort and the F&B staff showed the fresh seafoods to every guest that is coming in at the Eagle’s Nest.

Almost all of the guests during that day ordered different kinds of seafood cuisines to fill their appetite. Everybody enjoyed their dinner just like Mr. Ritch Sabino and friends who had 2 grilled fish and some of our specialties from the Ala Carte menu.
Everone also enjoyed the live cooking show with Mr. Romy Maruquez and a Korean guest. They cooked Kimchi J’jgae.

One of the guests even celebrated hs brthday at the resort and was given a cake by our F & B staff. Some also enjoyed staying at the Sepoc Beach Center for lunch. It is an island partly owned by the resort. Everyone enjoyed their fresh seafoods and they really had a memorable stay at this best beach resort in Batangas.
