Event :
- PNC GARNET– 54 PAX ON/4 PAX DT– Liezel L. ( In house in charge)
- QUESTRONIX– 65 PAX ON/ 10 PAX DT– Annie C. (In house in charge)
- HOSPIRA– 9O PAX ON– Annie C. (In house in charge)
- Last Thursday, when I arrived back from the main resort I was speaking to the advance party of each group.
- Friday, I had three groups that I’ve been handled in the same schedule.
- The QUESTRONIX, This group was headed by Ms. Kai Orenia the HR manager. I got all the things that we need for their groups Like: Upon arrival, luggage area, welcome drinks, and Sepoc Island trip.
- Boat assignment, foods, venues, and activities.
- All of these are they are concerned on the first day of their events. In order to these the front office had a boat schedules, nurse schedule and rooms assignment. And also the F and B gave us a copy of the venues of meals, luggage area, and welcome drinks area. These are the complete details are made us easy to locate and to coordinate with the coordinator.
- The HOSPIRA( handled by Ms. Mary Grace Olimpia) and PNC ( Handled by Nina Manaloto)
- We’ve talked also on that night regarding the plan for the arrival of their groups for the next day.
- Also in regards to their activities, I finish and going through to the three groups.
- By means of informing them that I need to facilitate the games by schedule.
- Approximate time and adjustment time are being applied to do the whole events.
- We are all happy that we cannot experienced even small problem.
- Thank you for every one for being part of these events. We all known that we are so much tiring but at the end of the day we did our best.
