HOUSE RULES
- PROPER CONDUCT: Proper conduct is requested from all guests. In consideration to other guests, kindly refrain from loud music or any noise between 9:00pm to 8:00am. Videoke and mobile sound systems are allowed only during exclusive and pre-arranged functions.
- OCCUPANCY: For the comfort of all the guests, maximum room occupancy shall be enforced strictly. Please check with reception.
- PETS: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only within your rented premises and subject to corkage fees. Please DRINK MODERATELY.
- SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in all enclosed areas. Ashtrays are provided in designated areas.
- WET CLOTHING: Please hang wet clothing and towels on hanging racks provided in your balcony.
- SAND IN YOUR UNIT: Outside showers for rinsing and water jars/ faucets for washing your feet are provided for your use. Please refrain from bringing sand into your unit.
- COOKING: Cooking is not allowed within the resort.
- GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please observe segregation of garbage. Trash bins are provided in strategic areas marked: Biodegradable (green) / Non-biodegradable (yellow). Littering is strictly prohibited.
- SWIMMING POOL From 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. Persons using swimming pools outside the operation hours, do so AT THEIR OWN RISK. Proper swimming attire is required
- FOOD & BEVERAGE: Outside food & beverage is strictly forbidden to be brought into Eagle Point Resort. Permission may be granted by management under certain circumstances, however a corkage fee may apply. Please advise reception if you have any special dietary, health related or children’s food.
- EAGLES NEST RESTAURANT is open daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm and serves for in house and other guests
- MASSAGE: Trained attendants are available upon request. Please ask at the Front Office.
- TOWELS & LINEN: To help conserve water, towels and linen will be changed only when necessary and upon request. Extra towel and linen can be requested for a minimal charge.
- DAY TOUR GUESTS: Rental of pool towel 120.00/pc.
- LAUNDRY: Service may be availed, dial 144 for detailed information.
- RESORT STAFF SERVICES: The Resort Staff are here to make your stay more enjoyable. Please do not hesitate to call on them. However, errands outside of the resort will be subject to a service charge. Any requests please contact reception.
